To help support the recent growth of our Sales Team, Summit 360 is looking for an Inside Sales Manager. This role, reporting directly to the Director of Sales, offers a terrific opportunity for a driven, customer-centric, and focused individual to lead and develop a successful team while providing input to assist the entire Sales Team.


As the Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for helping drive the company’s profitability and further developing the members of your team. This position requires an ability to work effectively and productively in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Be Ready To…

  • Lead and manage an Inside Sales team, setting goals and initiatives with accountability. Actively support and contribute to the overall Sales Leadership Team. Emulate "what good looks like" as a member of that team.
  • Help craft and refine the strategy and tactics of how Summit 360 engages prospects and customers and convinces them to buy our products and services.
  • Hold and assist regular, valuable meetings. Understand growth areas of the team and establish beneficial on-going training opportunities. Train, coach, motivate & develop the team. Help to create a culture of learning and development.
  • Assist in creating aggressive yet realistic goals and enable a culture of consistent smart activity where self-accountability and owning our own outcomes is the norm.
  • Contribute to successful alignment and communication cross-functionally. (Ops/Sales Ops, Marketing, Finance, HR, etc.)
  • Support the Sales Director - engage with all of Summit 360’s Selling teams on enablement and improvement initiatives.

What You Bring to Summit 360:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years in Inside Sales leadership and/or BDR/SDR leadership position
  • Driven leader who coaches with empathy and enthusiasm
  • Experience with Inside Sales tools and technology
  • Demonstrated understanding of the B2B sales process- preferably within the IT industry
  • Outstanding work-ethic and initiative to take on new tasks and adapt to different situations.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills while managing a heavy workload.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and impeccable attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
